- Keep your room clean and tidy to avoid distractions.
- Set a regular sleep-wake time. Every morning, try to wake-up at a specific time as well as during sleep.
- Reduce caffeine and alcohol intake.
- Avoid smoking.
- Don’t eat heavy meals during dinner.
- Avoid afternoon napping and extra sleep during weekends.
- Exercise during daytime. Don’t do hard exercises right before going to bed.
- Use only the bed for sleeping. Don’t do any other work like watching tv, eating, etc.
